We have so many voracious teen writers in the Klein area. Unfortunately, the extensive state curriculum doesn’t leave much class time for creative writers to explore their love for writing. This conference allows them to meet other writers interested in exploring writing trends and honing their unique writing techniques.

We have selected engaging Klein teachers to walk students through the creative writing process, guide them to embrace their creative selves and push through mental blocks, preventing them from reaching their potential. These teachers will provide some instruction and a safe space for applying the skills they learned.

Writing Competitions: Our main hall will be bustling with fun writing competitions (Blackout Poetry, Poetry on the Spot, Magnetic Poetry, Pre-written Poetry, Fantasy, Concoct a Comic, Hatch a Character, Romance, Mystery, Pre-written Short Story, Mystery and Conflict). Come flex your writing skills and win a prize fit for an author.

Fun Activities: The main hall will also have other writing activities, allowing you to meet peers and enjoy some chill time. You will be able to go on a Blind Date With a Book, participate in the Cosplay Competition, munch at our Tasty Treat Table, take memorable pictures at the Photo Booth, interact with others as you play Icebreaker Bingo, Caption This and The Endless Story!
